Waiver of Liability
We require all Patients/Primary Passengers to sign a Waiver of Liability before their flight. Any Patients/Primary Passengers aged under 18, will need to have their waiver signed by a parent, guardian or carer.
Because most aircraft used for Angel Flight are only four seats there is a 95kg weight limit per Patients/Primary Passengers.
Light aircraft flying is generally a safe activity but there are risks in flying just like there are in road transport. Should you not be prepared to give up any and all of your rights to recover any losses for personal injury or death arising from your flight, however caused, you should travel by some other means.
